Post 1 / Hook
The online peptide market is a funnel: questionnaire โ prescription โ shipment. Three steps, minimal friction, no waiting room.
But convenience and clinical care are not the same thing.
Before you hand over your health history to a website you found on Instagram, ask these 3 questions. The answers will tell you in under five minutes whether you are talking to a medical program โ or a prescription mill.

Post 2 / Question 1 โ Labs
"Who reviews my labs, and how often?"
If the answer is "we don't require labs," walk away.
Peptides and GLP-1 medications affect metabolism, insulin signaling, inflammation, and body composition. A responsible program draws baseline labs โ metabolic panel, HbA1c, fasting insulin, lipid profile โ and repeats them at intervals to guide dose adjustments.
No labs means no baseline. No baseline means no way to know if the protocol is working โ or causing harm. Convenience is not the same as care.
Post 3 / Question 2 โ Physician Access
"Can I talk to my prescribing physician directly?"
If the answer routes you through a support ticket, a chatbot, or a rotating nurse practitioner pool with no continuity โ it is a mill.
A clinician who reviews your intake form, writes a prescription, and never speaks to you again is not providing care. They are providing a product. Continuity means the same physician โ or a small, coordinated team โ follows you through dose changes, side-effect management, and maintenance decisions.
If you cannot name the person responsible for your protocol, nobody is.
Post 4 / Question 3 โ After-Hours
"What happens if I have side effects at 2 AM?"
Side effects do not observe business hours. Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and dehydration do not check whether it is a weekday.
If the provider has no after-hours clinical escalation pathway โ no clinical line, no on-call clinician, no documented process for urgent concerns โ they are a fulfillment service, not a medical practice. A customer service chat that says "we will get back to you on Monday" is not a safety net.

Three questions. Five minutes. The difference between a program built around your health and one built around your credit card:
- Who reviews my labs, and how often?
- Can I talk to my prescribing physician directly?
- What happens if I have side effects at 2 AM?
If any answer feels like a deflection, keep looking.
